A&S Tournaments

Six & Under A&S Tournament

  • 3 Entries MAX per participant
  • Each Entry will be assigned one score sheet
  • Scores are 1-100
  • Write ups are required but NOT part of the score. Any entry without a write up will be disqualified.
    • Write ups must contain at a minimum; Entry Name, Persona Name, Materials Used, Creation process, any notes entrant feels judges should know about the piece (if any)
  • Written Entries must be submitted to A&S Crat a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to Keep on the Borderlands (deadline of August 31, 2023).
    • Any submissions after that will not be accepted as it will not alot the judges time needed to read written entries.
    • Submissions can be emailed to: [email protected]

Best of the Best A&S Tournament

  • 1 Entry MAX per participant
  • Entries will be presented to the judges in a standard BotB setting with food and time sensitive items being given priority on time slots
  • Entries will be going head-to-head against another item until the winner is decided
  • Like items will be head-to-head first to remain as fair and consistent as possible
  • Written Entries must be submitted to A&S Crat a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to Keep on the Borderlands (deadline of August 31, 2023).
    • Any submissions after that will not be accepted as it will not alot the judges time needed to read written entries.
    • Submissions can be emailed to: [email protected]
  • Any food entries MUST contain an ingredient list, clearly written and placed with the entry or they will not be accepted and judged.
    • This is for the safety of judges who may have food allergies 
    • Any alcohol entries will be required to be labeled as alcohol and have ingredients listed for same reasons and to ensure only Judges of legal age may sample and judge entry
  • Write ups are required but NOT part of the score. Any entry without a write up will be disqualified.

Glass etching | Instructor: Kai

Learn how to use a mild acid paste to turn your plain glass ware into something that looks expensive. Participants will be provided with a basic stencil and piece of glassware so they may be walked through the process. Additional elements will be provided so one may customize their glassware.
