THURSDAY, 9/21

10AM: BRUNCH – Tentative; assorted cereals
3PM: TRAVELER’S MEAL – Beef and bean (or just bean) burritos
7-8PM: PREMIER DINNER (advance ticket purchase required) – French bread and butter, roasted butternut squash soup with fresh cream, long grain / wild rice, pork tenderloin stuffed with apples, roasted sweet potatoes and fresh green beans, pound cake or angel food cake with a sauteed pear cooked in mead and the mead made in to a caramel sauce drizzled on top, crisp white wine, water, tea or lemonade to drink

FRIDAY, 9/22

8-9:30AM: Amazon Breakfast – Pancakes, coffee and juice
12PM-1PM: GRAB N GO LUNCH – Meatball subs
5PM-6:30PM: FLAME KNIGHT GRILL

SATURDAY, 9/23
8-10AM: Continental Breakfast – Biscuits and gravy
11AM-NOON: LUNCH – Rotini cold pasta salad with pulled grilled chicken -or- 5 inch chicken hoagie sandwich
6PM: FEAST – Boneless grilled pork chops with marinade (available without for allergies), vegetarian and gluten free baked beans, vegan mashed potatoes (butter and gravy on side) and dinner rolls
